Mixing elements

Hei dear friends!

Long time no see! I hope you're all doing well and happy! I wish that you all have a splendid 2014! I for one, didn't make any plans or resolutions, I'll just play along trying to enjoy every day. If you're wondering what I've been up to, well not much. Over the holidays I spent a lot of quality time with family and friends, indulged in sweets and movies, just the good old fashioned relaxation. During this time I haven't quite felt inspired so instead of showing you something trivial, I decided that it's best to just take a break.

And for the first manicure of this year I've chosen a skittlete style. While sorting my nail polish stash I've discovered this red from Golden Rose #123. I immediatly felt inspired by it and thought of a black-white-red combo. After a brief brainstorming I ended up with a classic zebra animal print and a glitter accent nail (made with Golden Rose, Jolly Jewels #102). Simple, yet sophisticated!

I hope you enjoyed this design as much as I did wearing it. And maybe, why not, dare to do something like this yourself. It looks quite fabulous!

Cheers to you! And may this year bring me a lot of inspiration for a lot of manicures ^^

Thanks for reading,
xoxo
